Your new role
Purpose
You will provide essential customer service and administration support to ensure efficient and effective operation of Carpentaria's busy Therapy Services team. Working in an ever-evolving space you will be instrumental in facilitating a collaborative and productive working environment. You will work alongside our dedicated Allied Health Professionals who work across multiple Carpentaria programs to support onboarding, scheduling, and delivery of high-quality person-centred services.
The ideal candidate
- You are passionate about supporting people with disability
- You have excellent customer service and phone skills, along with experience dealing with confidential and sensitive information in a professional manner
- You have high-level organisational skills with the ability to prioritise and effectively manage workload while maintaining high levels of accuracy and attention to detail
- You have sound computer literacy skills with the ability to learn new systems quickly
- You are proactive in problem solving and enjoy working in both a team environment, and autonomously when required
- You are adaptable to change and can work across multiple spaces depending on the need
- Preferred but not essential pre-existing knowledge of NDIS funding model.
Remuneration and benefits
A competitive remuneration and benefits package is on offer, including:
- Competitive salary $76,372 + 12% super
