What You'll Be Doing

• Hunt for new business - cold calling and networking.
• Engage with builders, developers & contractors to uncover project opportunities.
• Qualify and hand over leads to the estimating team who prepare the quotes.
• Build relationships that position the business as the first choice for demolition & asbestos services.

What We're Looking For

• Proven experience in sales, business development, or account management.
• Confidence in cold outreach and building new client relationships.
• Strong ambition, energy, and the ability to thrive in a competitive environment.
• Excellent communication and negotiation skills.
