An exciting opportunity to join a busy finance team as an Accounts Payable Data Entry Clerk. This temp role kicks off ASAP for an estimated 3-month duration, supporting the accounts payable function with accurate invoice processing and data entry. You’ll be working onsite at the Port of Brisbane, so having your own transport is essential.

• Immediate start – estimated 3-month temp contract
• Part-time hours: 8:30am–3:00pm (6 hours/day with 30-min lunch)

About the role:
• Process high volumes of accounts payable invoices
• Match purchase orders, receipts, and invoices
• Accurate data entry into finance systems
• Assist with invoice receivables and resolving discrepancies
• General finance admin support

About you:
• Previous accounts payable and data entry experience
• Strong attention to detail and accuracy
• Confident working with numbers and finance systems
• Reliable, proactive, and a great communicator
• Must have own transport – no public transport access
