The Role
We are seeking a reliable and organised Accounts & Admin Officer to manage accounts payable and provide general office administration support. This role is ideal for someone with MYOB experience who is looking for part-time hours, variety in their day and the chance to be part of a high-performing team.

Key Responsibilities

Process and code supplier invoices and manage accounts payable

Reconcile supplier statements, bank and ledger accounts

Enter sales and purchase transactions into MYOB and maintain accurate records

Support general office administration, including phones, emails, filing and dealership paperwork

Work with management to improve invoicing and payment processes

Skills and Experience (Essential)

Proven experience using MYOB (day-to-day transactions and reconciliations)

Minimum 6-12 months of MYOB experience is required

Experience with accounts payable and reconciliations

Minimum 6-12 months of accounts payable experience is required

Strong attention to detail, reliable and well-organised

Good communication skills and ability to work in a team environment

Valid Australian work rights are required for this position

Desirable ( Not essential)

Previous retail, dealership or mechanical workshop admin experience

Basic Excel skills

Certificate III/IV in bookkeeping or accounting

Interest in motorcycles, ATVs or power equipment
