About you:

• A minimum of a high school diploma (Year 12) plus a basic accounting diploma or certificate.
• Demonstrated experience in an accounts payable role, with strong proficiency in Microsoft Excel.
• A solid understanding of accounting and banking principles.
• Exceptional attention to detail and a commitment to meeting strict deadlines.
• Strong verbal and written communication skills for effective collaboration.

Reporting to the Accounts Payable Supervisor, duties will include:

• Manage the full accounts payable cycle, including weekly and ad hoc payment runs.
• Reconcile creditor accounts and support cash flow analysis for our finance team.
• Process and manage employee expense claims.
• Maintain accurate supplier banking details, ensuring compliance and security.
• Resolve internal and external payment queries promptly and professionally.
• Ensure all processes align with company policies and internal controls.
