About the Role:

We are seeking articulate, detail-focused Enrolment Entry Operators to support the busy enrolment period. You will play an important role in ensuring the accuracy of student data and supporting the wider enrolments team to deliver a smooth and efficient process.

Responsibilities:

• Accurately enter and update student enrolment information in StudentOne or FinanceOne.
• Review and verify data to ensure accuracy, integrity, and compliance.
• Prepare, check, and process enrolment-related documentation.
• Provide administrative support to the enrolments team, including reporting and records management.
• Communicate clearly and professionally with internal stakeholders.

About You:

• Proven experience using StudentOne or FinanceOne (essential).
• Knowledge of Salesforce (advantageous).
• High attention to detail with the ability to manage large volumes of data accurately.
• Strong organisational and time management skills.
• Articulate written and verbal communication skills.
• Ability to work collaboratively in a fast-paced environment.
