Continuing our high-growth trajectory, we have a rare opportunity for an experienced Data Entry Administrator to join our team.
About the role:
Primarily focused on fast and accurate data entry and highly-organised document management, your week might also include:
Investigating and resolving queries and errors;
General administration, including sorting, matching and filing paperwork;
This role offers the successful candidate satisfying work, enviable autonomy and a hardworking, loyal and supportive team who are always ready with a smile. NetSuite experience is an advantage but not essential, as is exposure to the transport industry.
About you:
Keying data is your your happy place; you have quick and accurate data entry skills, you take pride in minimising errors and you're comfortable using the entire Office suite at an intermediate-advanced level. You enjoy seeing the “done” pile grow. You're a reliable, consistent performer with strong communication skills, and you never compromise on staying well-organised. You love nothing better than rolling up those sleeves and getting things done, and you support those around you to bring their best every day, too.
You're looking for a secure, data-focused position within a supportive team environment and you're keen to work close to home in Clyde North.
