📌 Data Entry / Administration - 2 Week Assignment (Mulgrave)

We have an excellent short-term opportunity for an experienced Data Entry / Administration Officer to join a busy team in Mulgrave for a 2-week assignment starting Monday.

You'll be working with a respected organisation that provides specialist testing, inspection, and consulting services across multiple industries. This is a great chance to utilise your skills in a fast-paced environment and contribute to key business operations.

Your duties will include:

AR invoice entry

Purchase order entry

Other administrative data entry tasks within PRONTO

What we're looking for:

Previous experience in administration and data entry

PRONTO system experience (essential)

Strong attention to detail and accuracy

Ability to start immediately and commit to the full 2 weeks

Details:

Start date: Monday 22nd of September

Duration: 2 weeks (possibility of extension)

Location: Mulgrave
