About the Builder
A well-established luxury builder with a reputation for quality and award-winning designs is looking for a Foreman to join their team. Specialising in new homes, duplexes, townhouses, and custom builds, this builder delivers around 70 projects per year across Sydney, with a strong focus on detail and luxury finishes.

The Role
We are seeking an experienced Foreman to oversee multiple duplex projects on-site. This is a hands-on position, managing 5-6 builds simultaneously. You will work alongside an experienced Project Manager to ensure high-quality builds.

Projects are high-spec duplexes valued at $2-3M each, located in the Sutherland Shire.

Key Responsibilities

Supervise and coordinate on-site construction activities across multiple duplex projects

Ensure work is completed safely, on time, and to a high standard of quality

Communicate effectively with the Project Manager and site teams

Troubleshoot and resolve on-site issues quickly to avoid delays

Requirements

Proven building experience, ideally in residential or duplex projects

Licensed carpenter (preferred)

Strong organisational and leadership skills

Ability to work independently across multiple sites

Excellent communication and problem-solving abilities
