The Opportunity

An opportunity exists for an experienced Foreman / Site Supervisor to join the team on a $40M commercial development. You’ll play a key role in leading day-to-day site operations, managing trades, maintaining quality standards, and ensuring the project is delivered safely, efficiently, and to the highest standard.

Current pipeline is based in the Lismore / Byron region however as part of the role travel will be involved. All expenses will be covered and you will not work more than a 5 days week.

Salary will be in line with experience - $140K – 150K + super + travel allowances when required

Key Responsibilities

• Oversee daily site operations and coordinate subcontractor activities
• Maintain site safety, quality, and productivity standards
• Work closely with the Project Manager and Site Manager to meet program milestones
• Conduct site inspections and quality checks
• Drive a culture of safety, teamwork, and accountability

About You

• Proven experience as a Foreman or Site Supervisor on commercial projects $20M+
• Strong technical knowledge of construction sequencing and trades coordination
• A hands-on leader who takes pride in site presentation and quality
• Excellent communication and leadership skills
• Strong commitment to safety and teamwork
