General Foreman – Sydney

We are seeking an experienced General Foreman to join our team and play a key role in delivering high-quality projects across Sydney’s metro area.

About the Role
You will be responsible for overseeing day-to-day site operations, coordinating trades, and ensuring projects are delivered to the highest standard of safety, quality, and efficiency.

Key Requirements:

Certificate IV in Construction Management (minimum)

Minimum 15 years’ experience in the construction industry

Proven track record delivering Class 2 medium-rise residential, aged care, retail, and commercial projects up to $30M+ in value

Strong leadership and communication skills with the ability to drive outcomes on site

Excellent understanding of construction programming, WHS, and quality assurance
