This role goes beyond answering calls—it’s about delivering an exceptional first impression while upholding the professional standards of a luxury brand.

About the Role

Greet and assist all clients and guests warmly, in person and over the phone

Handle incoming calls and direct them as required

Provide quotations to clients over the phone, and via electronic means

Basic account keeping, data entry and payment acceptance

General Marketing/Media related duties

Hours: Monday to Friday (9:00 AM to 5:00 PM)

About You

Friendly, well-spoken, and customer-focused

Polished, professional presentation

Previous reception or front-of-house experience (automotive is beneficial)

Organised, with strong time management skills

Confident using phones, email, and basic computer systems
