In just 6 months, our client has grown from zero to over 1M users and tripled revenue in the last quarter. With sights firmly set on 10M+ users by year's end, they are building at the frontier of AI + multimedia entertainment.

They are now seeking a hands-on Growth Lead to take ownership of multiple channels, experiment relentlessly, and deliver exponential impact.

What you'll do

• Own & expand proven channels - optimise what's already working (ads, media buying, affiliates, social, Reddit, Twitter, etc.).
• Test & validate new bets - run "shots on goal" in under-explored areas with asymmetric upside.
• Push high-risk/high-reward experiments - take bold ideas from 0 to 1 and scale what sticks.
• Operate hands-on - initially as a high-leverage individual contributor, with potential to build a team later.
• Shape product direction - work directly with the CGO & founders, influencing growth strategy.

What you'll bring

• Growth experience - background in marketing, analytics, product, or engineering.
• Bias for action - high agency, ownership, and the drive to win.
• Fast learner - able to ramp up quickly, adapt, and create your own playbook.
• Analytical + curious - comfortable with CAC, LTV, and data-driven decisions.
• Tech-savvy - familiarity with AI concepts (LLMs, embeddings) to creatively apply them in growth strategies.
