Ready to take our brands to the next level?
At Marley Spoon, we’re on a mission to bring better cooking back to the table. Every week we deliver thousands of meals across Australia - and none of it would be possible without bold, creative marketing that connects with our customers.
We’re looking for a Growth Marketing Manager who thrives on strategy, loves the energy of fast-moving campaigns, and knows how to make offline media channels work hard for growth. This isn’t just about buying airtime - it’s about owning a critical part of our acquisition engine and shaping how Australia sees our brands.
The Opportunity
- Lead our offline growth strategy — TV, Connected TV, Out-of-Home, podcasts, radio, direct mail, print and more.
- Steer our local acquisition strategy across two household brands with ambitious growth targets.
- Own vendor relationships — negotiate, manage, and get the most out of Australia’s media buying landscape.
- Run campaigns end-to-end — from briefing creative to hitting “go” on large-scale media buys.
- Budget & performance ownership — make every dollar count, tracking CPA, CPC, CVR, and LTV to ensure ROI.
- Work hand-in-hand with online and brand marketing — ensuring every offline push connects seamlessly with our broader strategy and activity.
- Bring creativity to life — briefing content, scripts, and design teams for impactful creative across all channels.
- Stay ahead of the curve — keeping our acquisition playbook sharp with new trends, tools, and tactics.
What we’re looking for
- 4+ years’ experience in offline marketing or a media agency or related field with deep expertise in developing and executing full-funnel marketing strategies.
- Strong knowledge of the Australian media landscape and proven experience across ATL channels.
- Fluent in the numbers — from CPA to LTV — and confident in using Excel/Sheets to optimise campaigns.
- A strategic thinker with analytical superpowers — you can turn data into insights and insights into growth.
- Project management pro who keeps multiple campaigns moving without dropping the ball.
- A natural collaborator with excellent communication skills, able to manage stakeholders and creative teams.
- Creativity meets commerciality — you know how to balance bold ideas with bottom-line impact.
Bonus points if you have:
- Experience scaling a D2C or subscription-based brand.
- Familiarity with BI tools (Tableau, Looker, etc.) to supercharge reporting.
- Exposure to FMCG, Retail or E-commerce environments.
What’s in it for you
At Marley Spoon, we believe work should fuel your growth, not drain it. Here’s what you can look forward to:
- Delicious perks – Discounted Marley Spoon boxes delivered to your door (plus a test kitchen at HQ where you’ll taste tomorrow’s recipes first).
- Time to recharge – An extra 6 days of annual leave every year, on top of the standard entitlements.
- Growth on us – 5 paid training days each year, plus the chance to explore projects across different functions.
- No red tape – We value autonomy, accountability, and getting things done without formal hurdles.
- Well-being matters – 24/7 support through Sonder, a generous parental leave scheme (including $7.5k childcare pay), and corporate discounts on health insurance for you and your family.
- Global team, local spirit – Flat hierarchies, great energy, and 50+ nationalities working together.
