The Opportunity – Your Mission

We’re on the hunt for a Product Manager to lead the charge on our Conversational AI platform a key pillar of our CPaaS offering. You’ll be the driving force behind product strategy, market fit and commercial success, working closely with our sales team and solutions consultants in creating innovative, customer-centric solutions that delivers impact to our customers.

You’ll shape the roadmap, define user experiences and bring new ideas to life. If you’re passionate about AI, love solving real-world problems and thrive in fast-paced environments, we want to hear from you.

The Journey Ahead – Your role

Own and evolve the Conversational AI product strategy and define roadmap in line with business goals.

Manage the full product lifecycle from ideation to launch and beyond.

Conduct market research and gather customer insights to ensure product-market fit.

Define user stories, wireframes, and UX/UI prototypes.

Collaborate across engineering, sales, marketing, and support teams.

Lead go-to-market launches and internal product briefings.

Maintain product documentation, training materials, and UAT processes.

Participate in Agile ceremonies and drive continuous improvement.

Your Fuel for Innovation

You’re not here to fuss over crossing t’s, you’re ready to roll up your sleeves and make an impact. You bring curiosity, creativity and a sharp commercial mindset to everything you do. You’re driven by outcomes, not just outputs.

5+ years as a Product Manager, including 3+ years in AI product management.

Experience with enterprise-grade SaaS, NLP, LLMs, and chatbots.

Strong stakeholder engagement and communication skills.

Familiarity with Agile, Scrum, or Kanban methodologies.

Background in Business, Engineering, or IT.

Skills in design thinking, journey mapping, and service design.

Proven success in launching impactful products.

High curiosity, creativity and ambition.
