About the Opportunity
We're Australian Health & Therapy Group (AHTG) - home to Therapy Pro, Adaptability Therapy, Tashacare, and Avina. With 400+ therapists supporting thousands of Australians across Victoria, NSW, SA and QLD, we're passionate about doing work that matters.
We're now looking for an experienced Talent Acquisition Advisor to join our warm and collaborative People and Culture Team.
This is a fully remote role that gives you the chance to structure your day to suit your lifestyle. You'll work independently while being the first point of contact for people joining AHTG.
Your New Role
You'll manage end-to-end recruitment across a range of clinical and non-clinical vacancies, with opportunities to develop strategic recruitment initiatives.
- Manage the full recruitment lifecycle including drafting job ads, updating candidates, coordinating interviews, making offers, preparing contracts and onboarding new staff
- Accurately represent AHTG's culture, and the cultures within our businesses to internal and external stakeholders
- Analyse recruitment data, review competitor activity and provide regular reporting
- Partner with stakeholders and leadership teams to assess personnel requirements across AHTG's brands
- Ensure all compliance requirements are met
- Initiate innovative recruitment techniques, including both active and passive sourcing approaches
Why You'll Love This Role
- Work from home anywhere in Australia with genuine flexibility
- Phone and laptop provided to support your home office setup
- Positive work culture built on collaboration, support and growth
- Opportunity to grow your career as our organisation expands across four states
What We're Looking For
- Previous talent acquisition/recruitment experience either internally or with an agency
- Experience in the Allied Health or NDIS sector and a strong LinkedIn presence within the market
- Confidence using ATS systems (JobAdder, Employment Hero or equivalent) to accurately manage recruitment pipelines and talent pools
- Strong interpersonal skills and emotional intelligence to build powerful relationships with candidates and internal stakeholders
- Experience with recruitment reporting and delivering insights to executive and leadership teams
- Proven ability to screen and interview candidates while being warm and personable in representing our brand
- Self-driven, energetic and thrive with autonomy - you have a can-do attitude and go the distance to deliver excellence
- Willingness to obtain a National Police Check, Working with Children Check and NDIS Workers Check
