The Role

We are currently seeking an experienced and driven Construction Project Manager to join our growing team. You will lead and deliver civil engineering projects from start to finish, ensuring all work is carried out safely, efficiently, and to the highest standards.

Key Responsibilities

· Manage the full lifecycle of civil construction projects from planning through to delivery and handover

· Lead project teams, subcontractors, and suppliers to meet project objectives

· Develop and manage project budgets, schedules, and labour resources

· operating and implementing coordinated work programs for sites

· Ensure all works are compliant with health, safety, environmental, and quality standards

· Liaise with clients, consultants, and key stakeholders to ensure clear communication and alignment

· overseeing the standard and progress of subcontractors’ work

· Manage project risks and implement mitigation strategies

· Drive a culture of continuous improvement and operational excellence

About You

Degree in Civil Engineering, Construction Management or related field and/or minimum 5 years’ experience in a Project Management role.

Strong knowledge of civil infrastructure (roads, earthworks, drainage, utilities, etc.)

Proven ability to manage project financials, contracts, and schedules

Excellent leadership, communication, and stakeholder management skills

Ability to work under pressure and solve problems effectively

Strong commitment to safety, quality, and compliance
