Motel Duties
• Manage money, budgets, and sales.
• Minimum financial management experience required.
• Hire, train, and supervise staff.
• Minimum 1-2 years of management experience required.
• Do front desk work: bookings, check-ins, check-outs, payments, and guest requests.

• Look after gardens, security, and general upkeep.

• Follow all safety rules and laws (OHS, liquor/gaming if relevant).
• Report and fix any issues or damages quickly.
• In the future, may also manage or support a food truck operation on-site.
