The Role

We’re looking for a driven and detail-focused Parts & Warehouse Manager to take ownership of our growing parts operation. This isn’t just a maintenance role — it’s a build-it role. You’ll be laying the foundations for scalable systems and processes, shaping how we handle parts across the counter, into the workshop, and out through our online store.

This is a multi-faceted position: one day you’ll be helping customers at the front counter, the next managing orders for the workshop or handling stock for online sales. You’ll work closely with other department leads and report directly to the owner — playing a key part in the success of the whole business.

Key Responsibilities

Own all parts operations — ordering, receivals, dispatch, and fulfilment

Build systems that scale: smarter warehouse layout, smoother workflows

Drive accuracy in stock control and allocation to jobs and customers

Support the workshop, counter sales, and online parts channels

Work hands-on in the day-to-day, while leading the department forward

Partner with leadership on supplier relations and stock strategy

Help shape and grow a high-performing parts team from the ground up

What We’re Looking For

A self-starter who thrives on building systems, not just maintaining them

Strong organisational skills and a sharp eye for detail

Experience in parts, stock control, or warehouse leadership (not just warehousing)

A proactive, “see it, sort it” mindset — you don’t wait to be asked

Confident working cross-functionally with sales, workshop, and management

Leadership skills with a drive to develop a team over time

Forklift licence (or willing to obtain)

Mechanical or industry knowledge is a plus — but attitude comes first
