Lead multi-site warehouse operations and drive process excellence in a dynamic, growing business.

COX Industries is seeking a proactive and experienced Warehouse Manager, with experience working in medium sized organizations, to join our Operations team in Brisbane. In this pivotal role, you'll oversee warehouse standards across multiple locations, manage a high-performing team, and take charge of efficient storage, handling, and distribution of finished goods.

About the Role

Reporting to the Director of Operations, the Warehouse Manager will be responsible for:

People Leadership: Managing, mentoring, and developing warehouse staff across multiple locations.

Process Implementation: Driving best practices, implementing new policies, and improving warehouse processes.

ERP Utilization: Leveraging ERP systems to manage inventory, reporting, and overall warehouse performance.

Logistics & Freight: Coordinating with freight companies and managing imports to ensure timely and cost-effective delivery.

Health & Safety: Maintaining a strong safety culture and ensuring compliance with all regulations.

Inventory Management: Overseeing inventory control, audits, and stock accuracy across warehouses.

What You'll Bring

Proven experience in warehouse or distribution management, ideally across multiple sites.

Minimum of 7+ years of warehouse or distribution management experience is required.

Strong people management and leadership capabilities.

Experience managing teams of 10-20 staff members is required.

Working knowledge of ERP systems for inventory and warehouse management.

Demonstrated experience in process implementation and continuous improvement.

Familiarity with freight companies, import logistics, and transportation coordination.

Industry experience will be advantageous

Exceptional organizational, analytical, and communication skills.

A proactive, team-oriented attitude and a passion for operational excellence.

Australian citizenship or permanent residency is required for this position.
