Our client, a trusted furniture distribution business, is seeking an experienced Warehouse Manager with proven furniture or bulky goods experience to lead their warehouse team in Archerfield.

This is a hands-on leadership role where you'll oversee all aspects of warehouse operations with a strong focus on efficiency, stock accuracy, safety, and continuous process improvement.

Key Responsibilities

Lead, supervise, and mentor a team of 5, providing clear direction and feedback

Oversee daily operations including receiving, storing, picking, packing, and dispatch of bulky goods

Coordinate container scheduling and unloading, ensuring timely and accurate processing

Maintain effective stock control systems including stocktakes and cycle counts

Ensure compliance with WHS standards, with a strong focus on safe handling of furniture and bulky items

Work closely with suppliers, transport companies, and internal teams to streamline operations

About You

Must have previous warehouse management experience in the furniture or bulky goods industry

Strong knowledge of warehouse systems, logistics, and inventory control

Skilled leader with the ability to build and inspire a high-performing team

Excellent organisational and multitasking skills, with the ability to manage competing priorities

Process-driven mindset with a focus on operational improvements and efficiency
