We are now seeking a Warehouse Manager to oversee and elevate our warehouse operations, ensuring our stock flow supports a seamless client experience both in-store and online.

The Role
This is a hands-on, leadership role suited to someone with strong logistics experience and a natural eye for process improvement. You’ll be responsible for the accuracy, efficiency, and organisation of Calexico’s warehouse, supported by a Warehouse Assistant and a small team of casual staff for manual tasks.

The role offers flexible working hours, making it ideal for someone who prefers starting early and finishing earlier in the day.

Key Responsibilities

Stock Control & Accuracy

Oversee receiving of all inbound goods, ensuring accurate checking, counting, invoicing, and storage.

Maintain stock levels through proactive monitoring, spot checks, and regular stocktakes.

Track and report on stock trends, slow movers, and replenishment needs to the leadership team.

Warehouse Operations & Organisation

Maintain a clean, efficient, and well-structured storage system.

Allocate and supervise daily tasks for warehouse assistants and casual staff.

Ensure all processes meet workplace health & safety requirements.

Logistics & Process Improvement

Manage and update warehouse management systems (WMS), documenting all stock movements, transfers, and adjustments.

Oversee documentation including invoices, delivery dockets, packing slips, and shipping labels.

Track KPIs such as order accuracy, dispatch times, damages, and returns.

Continuously review and refine processes for efficiency and scalability.

Collaboration & Communication

Act as the warehouse liaison with Buying, Customer Service, Marketing, and Retail teams.

Communicate proactively with suppliers for warehouse and back-of-house needs.

Support sales and ecommerce teams by ensuring accurate stock availability and timely replenishment.

What We’re Looking For

Previous experience in warehouse or logistics management (fashion retail experience highly regarded).

Strong organisational and leadership skills with a hands-on approach.

Confidence in managing systems, processes, and people with attention to detail.

Excellent communication skills to collaborate with multiple departments.

A proactive, solution-oriented mindset with the ability to spot and fix inefficiencies.
