Warehouse Manager – Burleigh Heads

As our Warehouse Manager, you’ll take ownership of day-to-day warehouse operations to keep everything running smoothly, safely, and efficiently. This is a hands-on role where you’ll be unloading containers, managing stock and orders, coordinating freight, overseeing pallet storage, and supporting a small team. You’ll also be instrumental in streamlining processes, optimising warehouse flow, and ensuring our customers get the professional service we’re known for.

What you’ll be doing

Running day-to-day warehouse operations and supporting a small team

Safely unloading containers and operating forklifts

Managing inventory systems and processing customer orders

Coordinating local freight and logistics for reliable, cost-effective delivery

Overseeing pallet storage for external companies, including billing and customer comms

Maintaining efficient systems and layouts to keep operations smooth and productive

What we’re looking for

Previous warehouse or logistics management experience

Current forklift licence and strong forklift handling skills

Confidence using inventory systems and managing freight providers

Organised, detail-focused, and solutions-driven with great communication skills

A hands-on, proactive leader with a can-do attitude

Enthusiasm for fitness, health, and being part of a growing brand
