We are a family-run Construction and Haulage business based in Castlereagh, seeking a proactive and organised Administration Officer to join our growing team.
About the Role
Hours: Monday to Friday, 7:30am – 10:30am (15 hours per week, with potential for additional hours as the business grows)
Key Responsibilities
Provide general administrative support across our two businesses – Pace Constructions and Pace Haulage
Data entry and electronic document management
Support day-to-day operations with accuracy and attention to detail
Assist in creating and maintaining efficient systems and processes
Monitor email accounts, answer phone calls, and respond to website and social media enquiries
Identify opportunities for business growth and process improvement
Develop and maintain strong relationships with clients and within the business
About You
Highly organised with excellent attention to detail
Proficient in Microsoft Office, Xero, and MYOB
Proactive and able to work independently
Strong communication and problem-solving skills
Previous administration experience.
