THE ROLE
Sales Manager – (Volume Home Builder) An exciting opportunity exists to join a leading homebuilder and oversee a high-performing sales team across multiple communities. You’ll lead strategy, drive volume, and mentor your team to consistently deliver 100+ homes per year per portfolio. You’ll plan your own workload, partner with Marketing, Construction, and Operations, and translate market insights into scalable sales processes. Primary focus is to grow revenue, improve the customer experience, and sustain a competitive market position.

DUTIES
• Lead, coach, and develop a regional sales team to achieve 100+ homes/year per community portfolio
• Develop and execute sales strategies to maximize traffic, conversions, and average sale price
• Set ambitious, achievable targets; monitor KPIs; implement corrective actions to meet/exceed goals
• Collaborate with Marketing, Product, Construction, and Operations to ensure a seamless customer journey from inquiry to close
• Recruit, onboard, train, and develop sales staff; establish a high-performance culture
• Define and optimize sales processes, CRM adoption (e.g., Salesforce), reporting cadence, and forecasting
• Analyse market trends, competitive dynamics, and territory potential to identify growth opportunities
• Ensure compliance with company policies, safety standards, and regulatory requirements
• Drive a customer-centric mindset, focusing on quality, transparency, and timely delivery

ABOUT YOU
• 5+ years of sales leadership experience in a volume home builder (minimum 100 homes/year)
• Proven ability to build, scale, and maintain high-performing sales teams
• Deep understanding of the new home sales process: sales cycle, pricing, customer management & sales consultant mentorship.
• Strong strategic thinker with hands-on execution capability; data-driven decision maker
• Excellent communication, negotiation, and presentation skills
• Ability to manage multiple communities/markets with a collaborative, cross-functional approach
• Proficiency with CRM systems (e.g., Salesforce) and sales analytics tools
• Customer-first mentality, integrity, resilience, and results-oriented mindset
• Willingness to travel as needed to cover multiple displays/communities
