Hourly Rates: $30-$40ph

Your Mission: A Role of Two Halves
1. The Trainer: Inspire and Educate Aviation's Frontline
Each week, you'll conduct online sessions and take a day trip (on us!) to deliver essential, engaging, non-accredited training to aviation ground staff. Your ability to connect with and upskill candidates is at the very heart of what we do.
2. The Operations All-Rounder: The Backbone of Our Business
When you're not training, you'll work remotely on a variety of tasks that keep our business flying. From compiling detailed reports and representing us at exciting industry job fairs to supporting other business operations, no two weeks will be the same.
Key Responsibilities:
Facilitate engaging weekly non-accredited training sessions for aviation staff, both online and in-person at locations across Australia.
Travel interstate weekly for a day trip (all expenses paid) to deliver physical training sessions. This is mandatory and non-negotiable.
Prepare and submit detailed training reports and candidate evaluations.
Represent our brand at industry job fairs and recruitment events.
Proactively pick up a variety of operational, administrative, and coordination tasks as required.
