  • Maintain accurate records, Job Plans, and compliance documentation.
  • Collaborate with employers, IEA and NDIS teams, and other stakeholders.
  • Support participants whose jobs are at risk and advocate for their needs.
  • Mentor disability support staff to deliver best-practice, on-the-job support.

What we’re looking for

We’d love to hear from you if you have:

  • Experience in disability employment, NDIS, DES, or related fields.
  • Strong understanding of workplace inclusion and participant-centred practice.
  • Excellent communication and relationship-building skills.
  • Organisational skills to manage appointments, documentation, and claims.
  • The ability to problem-solve, advocate, and support both participants and employers.
  • A collaborative approach and commitment to integrity, equity, and empowerment.

As an inclusive employer, we encourage people with lived experience and from diverse backgrounds to apply or if you require any reasonable adjustments for the above, please do not hesitate to contact us.

Why you’ll love working with embarc:

  • Rest and relax with 5 weeks’ annual leave and an extra day off for your birthday each year.
  • Access to exclusive non-for-profit salary packaging options (up to $15,900 +$2,650 meals & entertainment tax free earning potential per annum).
