Role Description
We are seeking a proactive and detail-oriented Marketing & Business Support Officer to support national campaigns, centre operations, and day-to-day business administration. This role is ideal for someone who thrives in a fast-paced environment, can balance creative and organisational tasks, and is passionate about brand growth, social media, and customer engagement.

Key Responsibilities

Manage and grow Flip Out’s social media presence across multiple platforms, including content planning, scheduling, engagement, and reporting.

Coordinate national marketing campaigns, promotions, and events from planning to execution, ensuring brand consistency, to support outsourced Marketing Agencies.

Support digital marketing activities including website updates, Google My Business, SEO, email/SMS marketing, and paid advertising.

Create, edit, and manage marketing content and collateral across digital and in-venue channels.

Provide ongoing marketing and administrative support to franchise partners and the head office, which includes graphic designs, and as acting as a key point of contact.

Liaise with external agencies, suppliers, and stakeholders to deliver campaigns and projects on time and within budget.

Track performance metrics, prepare reports, and provide insights to improve future campaigns.

Assist with center launches, seasonal promotions, and special events, ensuring smooth rollout and maximum impact on site around Australia.

Maintain brand guidelines, compliance standards, and internal marketing processes.

Support executive staff with ad hoc tasks and special projects as needed.

Skills & Experience

Proven experience in marketing coordination, administrative support and operations management. Assist with the day to day mandatory admin projects.

Strong communication and interpersonal skills, both written and verbal.

Customer service-oriented mindset with excellent problem-solving abilities.

High attention to detail and the ability to manage multiple tasks simultaneously.

Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite (Excel, Word, Outlook).

Experience with Canva, Adobe Creative Suite, or similar design tools (desirable)

Graphic Design qualifications

Knowledge of Meta Ads Manager, Google Ads, or GA4 (advantageous)

Experience in the entertainment, fitness, or franchise industry is a plus.

Must be able to travel at short notice and have a valid drivers licenses and be able to drive confidently.

Interview Process

Initial Interview: Shortlisted candidates will be invited for an in-person interview. This will allow us to understand your experience, skills, and alignment with our company values.

Discovery Day (Paid Trial): Candidates who progress past the first interview will be invited to participate in a 5-hour paid trial, where they will engage in real tasks to assess their skills, experience, and suitability for the role.

Final Interview: Successful candidates from the Discovery Day will proceed to a second interview with the executive team, where we will further discuss your potential contributions and final steps in the hiring process.
