We currently have a great opportunity for an enthusiastic and motivated Chef to join our busy Kitchen with a great work/life balance of a 38 hour week across 4 days.

We need a qualified and experienced Chef/Cook who can

Demonstrate a strong work ethic and work as part of a team

Support the day-to-day control of food production ensuring that the quality and presentation is exemplary.

Demonstrate strong attention to detail and problem-solving skills

Ensure enough quantity of all menu items are prepared as per the menu specifications

Assist in organisation of food preparation and stock control

Maintain accurate stock control records in relation to stock on hand

Facilitate accurate stock rotation to minimize waste

Be available to work across a weekly roster, including days, Nights, weekends and public holidays

Be passionate about food and customer service

Have a strong focus on hygiene, quality and safety, and comply with all company policies and procedures at all times

Have a committed service mentality, with a focus on both internal and external customer service

Be punctual, dependable and self- motivated
