What You'll Be Doing

• 
  Create and deliver fresh, seasonal, and high-quality menu options that rival 5-star hospitality standards.
• 
  Support the Head Chef in the day-to-day management of corporate kitchens.
• 
  Cater to boardrooms, cafés, events, and off-site catering with flexibility for dietary requirements and ad-hoc bookings.
• 
  Lead, train, and inspire an energetic kitchen team to consistently deliver excellence.
• 
  Manage suppliers to ensure premium produce at competitive prices.
• 
  Uphold best practice in food safety, kitchen cleanliness, and OH&S compliance.
• 
  Coordinate daily catering needs and collaborate with the events team to execute corporate functions seamlessly.

What You'll Need

• 
  Full Australian working rights.
• 
  Recognised catering and hospitality qualifications (Australian or international).
• 
  Strong culinary background with knowledge of both classical and modern cookery.
• 
  Leadership experience managing teams in high-volume, premium environments.
• 
  Food Safety knowledge and compliance experience.
• 
  Strong communication, organisation, and stakeholder management skills.
• 
  Polished presentation and the ability to perform under pressure.
