As we expand across Perth, we’re looking for a dynamic Area Manager to oversee multiple venues, support our growing teams, and help shape the next evolution of Alchemy.

This is a hands-on leadership role for someone who loves people, thrives in fast-paced environments, and gets genuine satisfaction from seeing others flourish. What You’ll Do

Lead day-to-day operations across multiple venues

Recruit, train, and develop high-performing teams

Build strong relationships with staff to enhance retention and engagement

Oversee rosters, timesheets, and booking systems

Maintain cleanliness, safety, and brand standards

Conduct regular site visits and staff check-ins

Manage stock control, inventory, and maintenance requests

Resolve operational issues and member concerns effectively

Analyse performance metrics and identify improvement opportunities

Drive consistency and excellence across every Alchemy location

What We’re Looking For

Experience managing multiple sites or teams in hospitality, fitness, or wellness

Confident people leader who thrives on developing others

Highly organised with strong operational and communication skills

Comfortable using digital systems and tools to streamline operations
