We are now seeking a Loan Processor to join our dynamic team and support our brokers in delivering seamless client outcomes.

The Role
As a Loan Processor, you will play a vital role in ensuring smooth and efficient loan applications from submission through to settlement. Working closely with our brokers, you will:

Prepare and process loan applications across home, commercial, and asset finance.

Liaise with lenders, clients, and third parties to track and manage applications.

Ensure compliance with regulatory requirements and internal processes.

Maintain accurate records in our CRM and document management systems.

Assist in delivering an exceptional client experience.

👉 We prefer candidates with 2+ years’ loan processing, mortgage broking, or banking experience, but this is not mandatory. If you have strong attention to detail and a willingness to learn, we’d love to hear from you.

About You
We are looking for someone who is proactive, detail-oriented, and committed to providing outstanding support.

The ideal candidate will have:

2+ years’ experience in loan processing, mortgage broking, or banking (preferred but not mandatory).

Strong understanding of loan submission and settlement processes.

Excellent communication and organisational skills.

Ability to manage multiple applications and deadlines.

Familiarity with broker CRMs (Infinity, ApplyOnline, Mercury, or similar) will be an advantage.
