The Role:

As a key member of our finance team, you will:

Consult with our accounting firm clients to understand their financial and borrowing needs.

Provide tailored lending solutions across residential, investment, SMSF, commercial and asset finance.

Manage the entire lending process—from client interviews and loan applications to settlement—while ensuring compliance and responsible lending standards.

Work closely with our accountants and advisors to align lending strategies with broader financial plans.

Build long-term relationships through post-settlement reviews and proactively identify refinancing and new business opportunities.

What We’re Looking For

You are a professional mortgage broker with:

Diploma in Finance and Mortgage Broking.

Minimum 2 years’ experience as a mortgage broker or lender.

Current MFAA or FBAA membership and lender accreditations.

Strong knowledge of credit policy, servicing calculators, and loan structuring.

Proficiency in tools such as ApplyOnline, Broker CRM systems, and bank platforms.

Excellent communication, negotiation and problem-solving skills.

A proactive, client-focused approach with strong attention to detail and the ability to work under pressure.
