The Role

You’ll join us as an Associate Mortgage Broker where you’ll:

Attend client meetings with senior brokers

Learn the full mortgage process, from first client conversations through to settlement

Understand credit policy and how to structure lending options

Support the application process from submission through to settlement

Prepare for client meetings by researching lender solutions

Build strong client and referral partner relationships

About You

We don’t require mortgage or finance experience. What matters most is your attitude, drive, and ability to connect with people.

Application Process

Because prior experience isn’t required, we want every applicant to have the chance to demonstrate their communication, presentation, and energy upfront.

All applicants will receive a link to complete a short two-question recorded interview introducing themselves and explaining why they’re interested in mortgage broking.

Shortlisted applicants will be invited to meet Taylar Stephens (Principal Owner) via video interview.

Final round interviews will be held in person at our South Melbourne office with Taylar and members of our broker team.

All applicants will be notified of their progress at each stage.

Please note that successful applicants will also be required to complete a clear credit check, a police check and industry ASIC checks as part of the onboarding process.
