Woods & Co Recruitment have partnered with a fast-growing, client-focused brokerage firm seeking an experienced Mortgage Broker to join their team. This organisation works closely with accounting and advisory professionals, ensuring clients receive well rounded financial strategies that go beyond just lending.

This is a fantastic opportunity to step into a role with a warm client base, high referral flow and ongoing professional support. You’ll manage the full end-to-end lending process, from assessing client needs through to settlement, and maintain strong, long-term client relationships.

What do you do?

• Consult with clients to understand financial goals and provide tailored loan solutions
• Manage the full lending process across residential, investment, SMSF, commercial and asset finance
• Prepare and lodge loan applications via MyCRM & ApplyOnline
• Liaise with lenders, clients and support staff to ensure smooth settlements
• Conduct post-settlement reviews and foster long-term client relationships
• Collaborate with accountants and advisors to align lending with broader financial strategies

What do you need?

• Diploma in Finance and Mortgage Broking
• 2+ years’ experience as a mortgage broker or lender
• MFAA or FBAA membership with lender accreditations
• Strong understanding of credit policy, servicing calculators, and loan structuring
• Experience with ApplyOnline, CRM systems & bank platforms
• Excellent communication, negotiation, and client relationship skills
• A high level of professionalism, compliance, and attention to detail
