About the role

L&R Dental are looking for enthusiastic and friendly Dental Assistants to join our team!

As a vital team member, you will provide exceptional patient care and support the dentists in delivering high-quality dental services. With a focus on patient experience, you will be an integral part of our friendly and professional practice. We are interviewing for both a casual and a full time role.

What you'll be doing

Assisting dentists during procedures by passing instruments, mixing materials, and ensuring the treatment room is prepared and maintained

Greeting and welcoming patients, and ensuring a positive patient experience from start to finish

Sterilising instruments and equipment according to infection control protocols

Managing patient records and scheduling appointments

Supporting the team with administrative tasks as needed

What we're looking for

Previous experience as a Dental Assistant would be as advantage but is not essential - we're happy to provide training

Excellent personal presentation, reflecting the high standards of our practice

Strong communication and interpersonal skills to engage with patients and build trust

Organised with great attention to detail

Flexible and adaptable, with the ability to multitask in a fast-paced environment

A passion for providing exceptional patient care and supporting the dental team
