The Role
We are seeking an experienced Clinical Compliance Manager to take the lead on clinical governance and compliance. This is a pivotal leadership role, ensuring care meets (and exceeds) the Aged Care Quality Standards while driving best practice across the facility.

Key Responsibilities

• Lead clinical compliance and governance across the organisation
• Monitor care practices, identify risks, and drive continuous improvement
• Oversee accreditation, audits, and policy compliance
• Provide on-site support for complex care, medication safety, and infection control
• Support clinical leaders through training, education, and mentoring
• Champion digital improvements and reform initiatives, including AN-ACC

About You

• Current AHPRA registration (RN)
• 5+ years’ senior experience in aged care
• Strong knowledge of Aged Care Quality Standards & clinical governance
• Proven leadership, mentoring and training skills
• Excellent problem-solving, communication and stakeholder engagement
