💰 Salary: $130,000 - $135,000

Are you passionate about driving quality care outcomes and supporting clinical excellence? This is an exciting opportunity to step into a Quality & Education Manager role within a modern, fully compliant facility, supported by a large and well-established for-profit aged care provider.

About the Role:

• Lead quality, compliance, and education initiatives across the home
• Work closely with the Facility Manager and Care Managers to ensure best practice standards
• Provide ongoing training and development to the nursing team
• Structure: FM → 2x Care Managers → QEM → Nursing Staff
• Be a key driver of continuous improvement in a supportive and collaborative environment

What We’re Looking For:

• Experienced RN with current AHPRA registration
