Senior Risk and Compliance Manager
Overview
The Senior Risk and Compliance Manager, ensures the organisation maintains robust risk and compliance systems aligned with regulatory obligations. The role supports a culture of integrity and accountability while enabling informed decision-making. It is critical to embedding risk management practices across all business activities within the region.
Required Skills

• Bachelor degree in Law, Business, Finance, Risk Management or related discipline
• 5–7 years of experience in risk and compliance management, must be in industrial, logistics or construction sectors, and/or asset and funds management
• Strong knowledge of regulatory frameworks, standards and audit methodologies
• Experience managing AFSL obligations, AML/CTF programs and GS007 audits
• Experience with AI-powered risk tools such as predictive analytics and anomaly detection systems
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills for senior stakeholder engagement

Nice to Have Skills

• Postgraduate qualifications in relevant fields
• Knowledge of funds management processes and regulatory environment
• Proven project management ability from initiation to completion

Preferred Education and Experience

• Bachelor degree in Law, Business, Finance, or Risk Management
• Minimum 5 years' experience in risk and compliance roles in relevant sectors
• Working knowledge of funds management and regulatory requirements

Other Requirements

• Ability to collaborate with internal and external stakeholders, including auditors and investors
• Capacity to work independently and manage multiple priorities in a fast-paced environment
• Proficiency in MS Office Suite and experience integrating new risk management technologies
