Our client is a rapidly expanding, much-loved, Australian-owned hospitality group known for creating genuine guest experiences. As the business continues to expand, they're looking for a passionate Management Accountant to join their collaborative finance team and play a key role in supporting operational and strategic decision-making.

About the Opportunity

Reporting directly to the Finance Manager, you will be supporting a portfolio of business units across the group. You will be a true business partner, working closely with non-financial stakeholders to interpret data, guide performance conversations, and ensure commercial decisions are grounded in clear financial insights. Key responsibilities include:

• Prepare and review monthly management reports, including P&L, balance sheet, and reconciliations
• Partner with operational leaders and non-financial stakeholders across multiple sites to improve financial understanding and accountability
• Provide analysis on variances, business trends, and opportunities to drive performance
• Assist with budgeting, forecasting, and cash flow planning across the group
• Contribute to ongoing process and system improvements as the business scales and evolves

Ideal Profile

• You will be CA/CPA qualified, coupled with 3+ years experience within the hospitality industry
• Exceptional communication skills, with the ability to build strong, effective relationships across all departments
• Strong interpersonal skills and a collaborative approach when working with a diverse range of stakeholders
• Highly organised, analytical, and solutions-oriented, with a proactive mindset
