As our business continues to grow, we’re seeking a motivated and capable Finance Broker to join our team.

The Opportunity
We are looking for a Finance Broker with experience in business banking or self-employed lending who thrives in a fast-paced, client-driven environment. This role will see you managing approximately 16 deals at any given time, supported by a dedicated associate and our settlements team. You’ll be accountable for originating, qualifying, structuring, and delivering high-quality lending outcomes for clients while building strong relationships with stakeholders.

What You’ll Do

Originate and qualify new business opportunities with a strong commercial mindset.

Assess and structure deals for business owners and self-employed clients.

Manage an active pipeline of ~16 deals with support from associates and settlements.

Apply credit skills and risk assessment to ensure strong client outcomes.

Build and maintain trusted relationships with clients, lenders, and referral partners.

Hold yourself accountable to targets and deadlines in a remote work environment.

What We’re Looking For

Prior experience in business banking, commercial lending, or self-employed credit scenarios.

Strong credit analysis, risk assessment, and structuring skills.

Excellent client and stakeholder communication abilities.

Proven origination and business development skills.

Self-driven, accountable, and comfortable working remotely.

A willingness to learn, be challenged, and grow with our team.
