Key Responsibilities:
• Assist Migration Agents in collecting documents and drafting applications for skill assessments and visa applications.
• Manage clients’ databases effectively.
• Follow up with client enquiries via phone and email in a timely manner.
• Work to tight deadlines and manage shifting priorities.
• Collaborate with clients to obtain necessary information and documents.
• Handle general administration tasks as required.

Key Criteria:
• Proficient English communication skills.
• Strong commitment to acting in the best interests of clients.
• Proactive, well-organised, with excellent time management skills.
• Result-oriented and able to work under pressure.
• Excellent communication skills and team spirit.
• Genuine interest in the migration field.
• Similar or related work experience is preferred.
