Key Responsibilities
Answer and direct incoming phone calls professionally; greet and assist visitors as required.
File and organize paperwork, maintaining accurate and confidential digital and physical records.
Coordinate daily orders, internal communications, and task follow-ups to support smooth operations.
Manage office supplies inventory and ensure the workspace remains tidy, organized, and efficient.
Provide general administrative support to managers and team members.
Assist with meeting scheduling, preparation of materials, and minute-taking.
Support basic financial administration, including invoices, receipts, and reimbursements.
Prepare and update simple reports and data records for management purposes.
Perform ad hoc administrative duties and assist with special projects as needed.
Requirements
Bachelor’s degree in Business Administration, Management, or a related field.
Proficiency in Microsoft Office, Google Workspace, and general office software.
Strong communication and organizational skills, with high attention to detail.
Ability to multitask, prioritize, and work independently with minimal supervision.
Prior experience in an administrative or office support role preferred.
Proficiency in Mandarin (Chinese) highly desirable.
