What You’ll Be Doing:

You’ll be our go-to helper for all things pool and spa — no chlorine required (yet). Think:

Welcoming customers and giving straightforward, honest advice

Testing pool water and explaining results (we’ll train you)

Keeping the shop looking good and well-stocked

Pitching in with stock deliveries and store tasks

Learning the ropes of pool care so you can grow with us

Occasionally work in our Cardiff store

About You:

You don’t need to be a pool pro, just someone who’s:

Friendly, reliable and likes chatting with people

Organised and good at keeping on top of tasks

Willing to learn and pitch in where needed

Comfortable using a computer and learning new systems

Retail or customer service experience is great, but attitude matters most.
