About the Role
We are seeking a Payment Claims Processing Officer on behalf of our client for a 6-month contract, commencing mid-October. This role is ideal for detail-oriented data administrators with experience in finance, refunds processing, and SAP. You will form part of a newly established team, responsible for the accurate and timely processing of customer payment claims, with supervision and escalation support provided.

Key Responsibilities

Review and process customer payment claims from daily task lists

Validate claim details against records and policy guidelines

Enter data accurately into claims management systems

Flag discrepancies and escalate complex cases as needed

Maintain clear documentation for all actions

Meet daily processing targets and contribute to team performance

Ensure compliance with financial regulations and confidentiality standards

Skills & Experience Required

Previous experience in claims processing, data entry, or admin support

Strong accuracy and attention to detail in repetitive tasks

Ability to follow workflows and meet deadlines

Sound written communication and documentation skills

Understanding of financial transactions and customer service principles

SAP knowledge (highly desirable)
