What You’ll Do:
Pricing & Selection
Lead and maintain consistent pricing practices and product quality.
Guide the team to achieve pricing KPIs accurately.
Support quality control through training, feedback, and journals.
Ensure product selections meet standards and align with best practice.
Leadership & Team Performance
Drive team performance in line with store KPIs.
Assign zones, set the pace, and maintain clear communication.
Provide coaching, on-the-spot feedback, and performance discussions.
Support training and development across the team.
Develop management and supervisor team members to confidently step into leadership when required.
Customer Service & Shop Floor
Deliver warm, professional service in every interaction.
Maintain a clean, safe, and well-presented store environment.
Resolve customer or member questions confidently.
Role model service excellence and foster a collaborative team environment.
Monitor fitting rooms, maintain tidiness, and manage stock efficiently.
Stay alert to potential theft risks and follow prevention procedures.
Admin & Reporting
Complete admin and reporting accurately and on time to support smooth store operations.
Policy & Safety
Maintain high standards for floor and back-of-house presentation.
Stay responsive to WHS risks, theft activity, and team wellbeing concerns.
Uphold store policies and ensure the team follows procedures to maintain a safe workplace.

Leadership Support
Assist the Store Manager with other management duties as required.
Location: Braddon | Full-time: 38 hours/week | Annual Salary: $63,969.91 | Hourly Rate: $32.005
Retail Level: 4 | Penalty Rates: Weekends & public holidays | Leave: As per Fair Work Act, with 17.5% leave loading
