In this role, you will work closely with Funeral Directors, providing essential support in the coordination of funeral services, managing logistics, and assisting with transportation. This is a hands-on position that offers variety, responsibility, and the chance to make a real difference for families during important moments.

What is the role?
- Meet and greet attendees on the day of the service, ensuring everyone feels welcomed, comfortable, and supported during a sensitive time, while anticipating and addressing any needs promptly;
- Assist in the coordination of flowers, music, AV equipment, and condolence books, ensuring all elements of the service are seamless, personalised, and respectful;
- Drive the hearse and transfer vehicles as required, demonstrating careful, professional handling;
- Maintain the presentation and upkeep of the premises, ensuring all areas are clean, organised, and reflect the dignity and professionalism of the service; and
- Provide responsive, empathetic, and professional support to customers, ensuring every interaction reflects the company’s high standards of care and attention to detail.
What are we looking for?
- Compassionate individual with a strong focus on care and customer service;
- Full and current Australian Driver’s License;
- In a fit state of psychical health to manage manual handling and lifting of heavy objects; and
- Individuals who take great pride in their work and delivering the best possible experience to customers.
