✨ The Role:

We are looking for an experienced and detail-oriented Inspection Manager to join our fantastic team!

You will be the eyes and ears on the ground, supporting your property manager, conducting inspections 🧐, organising maintenance 🔧, responding to enquiries 💬, and assisting with tenancy disputes. Every day is different!

✅ You Are The Perfect Fit If You Have:

Experience in property management or real estate administration. 🏘️

A current Driver’s Licence and a Current Certificate of Registration (or ability to reinstate within 3 months). 📄

Tech-savvy skills and are comfortable working remotely. 💻

High attention to detail and can thrive in a fast-paced environment. ⚡

Experience with PropertyMe, 2Apply, and Inspection Express (Required). 🔧

Reliability and the ability to work independently. ✅

⏰ Flexible Options:

This is a full-time role, but we are open to discussing a part-time arrangement (Monday-Thursday) for the right, experienced candidate looking to return to the workforce.

Experience: Property Management (1 year+), PropertyMe (1 year+), Inspection Express (1 year+), 2Apply (1 year+)

Licence/Certification: Driver Licence (Required), Current Certificate of Registration (Required)
