About Farm Door Riverina: Farm Door Riverina is a fast growing family-owned ready meals business based in Wagga Wagga NSW. Sourcing local ingredients from across the Riverina food bowl, our team cook and pack delicious individual and family sized frozen meals, distributed to pharmacies, supermarkets and home delivered.

We're looking for a creative individual to develop new recipes that hero local Riverina produce. In this newly created role, you have a great opportunity lead the process to create amazing meals that will be sold Australia wide.

What You’ll Do:

Develop and test recipes using local, seasonal produce

Work with growers and suppliers to bring fresh ideas to life

Run tastings and refine products based on feedback

Identify new trends and integrate findings into food strategy.

Collaborate with our kitchen and marketing team on new launches

Prepare food cost analyses for new product lines

Prepare all necessary food safety documents, recipe methods and nutritional information

What We’re Looking For:

Culinary training or recipe development experience

Passion for local food and sustainability

Creativity with a practical approach to large-batch cooking

Strong understanding of budgets and food cost management

Excellent communication and organisation skills

An open mind to different tasks outside your day to day tasks

Must work from our Bomen facility

Passionate foodie is a bonus!!!!
