• Chef / Cook role with food services experience
• Demonstrated ability to cook and prepare meals in line with dietary requirements and menu plans.
• Demonstrated experience and knowledge in food preparation, hygiene, and infection control principles.
• Basic computer literacy, using a range of online systems.
• Proven ability to work a 7-day rotating roster, weekends and nights included *Please note there are no split shifts on roster
• Demonstrated ability to work effectively both independently and as part of our team.
• Committed to a high level of patient centred care.
• Demonstrated knowledge in Workplace Health and Safety and safe manual handling practices.
